Long before Lady Gaga, her outrageous costumes, destroying sets, and political comments to the audience resulted in her being the highest paid star of vaudeville Anna Held, Flo Ziegfeld’s wife, famous for her daily “milk baths” and more Vesta Victoria, direct from England, in her outrageous costume legendary “Funny Girl,” Fannie Brice. Roth has done extensive research into the greatest female singing stars of the vaudeville era, including the “I Don’t Care Girl” Eva Tanguay. In the lobby, the original lobby card for Douglas Fairbanks in “The Thief of Bagdad” will be displayed. Roth will be using staging, billboards and other mechanisms to reproduce the way vaudeville looked and sounded.

This unique show will feature music rarely heard today and vaudeville sketches not seen in 100 years.
